Though its free version doesn't include every possible feature, it does have all of the most important ones. Grids is a highly recommended Instagram client. It doesnt include all Mac devices, but rather a selection of disruptive, important, and unique looking designs.

Instagram faux Mac Grids for Instagram puts more emphasis on photos than user. Grids is a very effective Instagram client for desktop computers. With support for Retina Displays and full-screen mode, Grids makes Instagram photos look their best on the Mac.
